溅射靶材产品 金属靶材
溅射是制备薄膜材料的主要技术之一,它利用离子源产生的离子,在真空中经过加速聚集,而形成高速度能的离子束流,轰击固体表面,离子和固体表面原子发生动能交换,使固体表面的原子离开固体并沉积在基底表面。
溅射靶材主要应用于电子及信息产业,如集成电路、信息存储、液晶显示屏、激光存储器、电子控制器件等;亦可应用于玻璃镀膜领域;还可以应用于耐磨材料、高温耐蚀、高档装饰用品等行业。
